Our trained professionals will inspect your home for visible signs of fungus, mold, water staining or moisture intrusion. We will inspect all visible surfaces in the home or building including attic spaces and crawlspaces, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems for signs of leaks or water buildup that can lead to mold growth.

We will take the appropriate air and contact samples inside of your home or building. The samples will be sent to one of our third party analytical laboratories where they will be analyzed for mold spore concentrations. We will take temperature and humidity readings inside and outside of the structure as appropriate. We will make a professional effort to locate any sources for leaks or excess humidity. An inspection report is compiled using all of the information, both written and photographic, that was gathered during the inspection.
